Why Rentaflix exists

In 2023, our family portfolio had outgrown spreadsheets. Daily operations were split across channels: tenant messages, rent follow-up, maintenance, documents, and deadlines all lived in different places.

We evaluated many tools. Some were too narrow, some were too expensive, and others solved only one part of the work. We needed one practical workspace for the whole landlord routine.

So we started Rentaflix with a small team and a simple rule: keep the product close to real landlord work. The result is a structured workspace for managing, automating, documenting, and controlling rental operations over time.
