Overview

In the top-right area of Rentaflix, you can quickly manage your workspace context and personal settings.
The controls are:

• Switch Space
• Language selector
• Dark/Light mode
• User menu

1. Switch Space

Use Switch Space when you contribute to more than one space.

In this modal, you can:

• See your current active space
• Switch between your personal and team spaces
• View your role in each space (for example: Owner, Co-Owner)

Changing space updates the working context across the portal.

2. Change language

Use the globe icon to change the interface language.
Available options include:

• English
• French
• German

This updates labels and navigation terms throughout the portal.

3. Dark/Light mode

Use the theme icon to switch between light mode and dark mode.

• Light mode: higher contrast in bright environments
• Dark mode: reduced visual fatigue in low-light environments

The mode applies to the whole Rentaflix interface.

4. User menu

Click your avatar to open the user menu.

My Account

View and update your user profile data, and delete your account if needed.

My Team

Invite other people to contribute to your space.

My Spaces

View spaces where you contribute. This is the same function as Switch Space.

Settings

Access space settings and general configuration options.

Subscription

Manage your current subscription.

Logout

Sign out of your current session.

Best practice

If you work across multiple spaces, confirm your active space before creating or editing records.
This prevents data from being added to the wrong workspace.
