Currency

The Currency section controls how monetary values are configured and displayed in your space.

You can access it from:

User menu > Settings > Currency

Main fields

Currency

Select the default currency for your space (for example, EUR - Euro).

Symbol

Optional custom symbol.
If left empty, Rentaflix uses the standard symbol of the selected currency.

Display options

Show Decimals

Enable this option to display decimal places for currency values.

Multi Currency

Enable this option if your space needs to work with more than one currency.

Note:

• Users may need to sign in again to see currency configuration changes

Additional Currencies

When multi-currency is enabled, you can manage extra currencies with:

• Currency
• Exchange Rate
• Symbol

Available actions:

• Refresh exchange rate
• Remove a currency row
• Add New Currency

Save and reset actions

At the bottom of this section, you have:

• Save Changes: persist updates
• Reset: discard unsaved edits

Best practice

Use one clear default currency, and add extra currencies only when operations require it.
Review exchange rates regularly before saving, especially if you generate financial documents for multiple countries.
